Effective: 2025‑08‑01

  1. Payouts. Net 40 schedule, $80 minimum balance. Reversals for refunds/chargebacks. Payout methods: PayPal, ACH (US), Wise.
  2. Tracking. AffiliateWP Pro with real‑time click and conversion logs. Last‑click attribution, 30‑day cookie window (unless otherwise specified).
  3. Promotion rules. No trademark/coupon bidding, ad hijacking, spam, or impersonation. FTC disclosure required. Honest, accurate claims only.
  4. Content. Do not promote illegal or hateful content. Adult content requires prior written approval.
  5. Compliance. Provide tax and identity info when requested. We may pause accounts pending verification.
  6. Termination. We may terminate for violations or inactivity after notice. You may stop at any time; unpaid valid commissions will be paid on the next cycle.
